Step-by-Step instructions for running an AIDA workflow from Taverna:

Following this example will reproduce the 'disease discovery' AIDA demo

Download, install, and run Taverna
File -> Open workflow location...
Paste this URL in: http://adaptivedisclosure.org/AIDAToolkit/BioAID_DiseaseDiscovery.xml
File -> Run workflow...
Select query_string (left, under Input Document)
Click "New Input"
Replace "Some input data goes here" with your favorite query, for example: "EZH2"
Scroll (ALL THE WAY) down to the bottom and click on the "Run workflow" button.
Bring main Taverna window back to front (click on it) to view the results.
Click on the results tab to view the results.

The above workflow was part of a demonstration of the AIDA toolkit at ISMB/ECCB2007 by Marco Roos and M. Scott Marshall. Video of the last 16 minutes of the demo is available here.
